Date picker not working

    [Sign-up form]
    The date picker for the ‘birthday’ field isn’t showing. I know it should run automatically so I’m not sure what the issue is. There’s no error messages in the console log.

    Browser: Chrome Version 67.0.3396.99
    WP: 4.8.6
    Plugin version: 6.4.3

    Hey @debbieb91,

    I’m not seeing any of our scripts/styles being enqueued on this page. How are you adding the form to the page? Are you using the shortcode inside the normal WordPress editor?

    Hi yikesitskevin,

    Thanks for the heads up – it’s an inherited theme. The wp_footer function was missing from the footer.php file.
