Date Picker not working

  • ok i posted it up before but got some help but not all…. the date picker works only in the admin field…. when im on my site as a guest or anonymous the date picker does not work and i keep gettin the evnt_start_date error can someone help me PLEASEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
