Date picker not showing on page

Hi, I have tried to follow the documentation (https://www.inputwp.com/documentation/basic/how-to-integrate-the-date-and-time-picker-with-divi/) on how to integrate Date Picker with Divi but it is not showing up on the page. This is what I have for the Field ID: data-original-id=’deployment-date’. Please help!
