First of all, I apologize that you faced inconvenience due to the plugin. We haven’t received any complaint from any of the other customers of LITE plugin regarding your mentioned issue.
There is a possibility that one of the active plugins or theme of your website is conflicting with our plugin. Thus, can you check this issue by switching the theme to the default WordPress theme?
If the above does not help then we can follow the below steps to identify the conflicting plugin.
1. Deactivate all the plugins except WooCommerce and the Order Delivery Date plugin Plugin for WooCommerce.
2. Please check if the issue is fixed.
3. If yes, then you can start activating the plugins one by one and see which plugin is conflicting with our Order Delivery Date plugin.
