I’m not sure if this is default functionality, but when creating an event and picking the dates, it saves the dates fine initially (I can see it on the front end) but when the page refreshes after clicking update, the dates disappear. So if I make a change to the description, location, anything, and click update again, I get the error ‘Dates must have correct formatting. Please use the date picker provided.’ So I have to reenter the dates again, then click update (to which they disappear upon load). Is this normal? If making changes to an event, do you always have to reenter the dates? This is kind of a hassle because if I don’t put in the dates after changing the description, the changes don’t get saved because the dates are empty – so I have to rewrite the description, then find the event dates on my own calendar, reenter the dates, then click save.

I’ve disabled all plugins, made sure I’m running the current version of WP, plugin, and theme. I reactivated the plugins and switched to default theme, then deactivated all plugins on this theme – nothing works. I’m also using the Divi theme so that may be an issue, not sure. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Does this happen when the setting are as follows?

    1. Only EM plugin is Installed and no others are activated
    2. Use any twenty series theme.
    3. Can you also perhaps try and reset your Settings Page? Events > Settings > Admin Tools > Uninstall/Reset > CLICK RESET

Does this happen on both backend and frontend?

#3 worked! It may have been how I edited the date picker format a little while back. The jQuery formatDate reference link is broken on the settings page so I guessed. Thanks for your help!
