Date Picker Malfunction

I have bought the Checkout Manager for WooCommerce to get the feature to restrict selection of the current and past dates in the checkout page. However, whenever I tick the checkbox of “Enhance date behaviour with datepicker”, the datepicker stops giving the datepicker to select the dates. It becomes an inactive field.
