    Hi again! I’m still hoping to get some advice on this issue. We’re considering upgrading to the premium version of this plugin to take advantage of the increased functionality, but won’t do that if this problem persists.

    I just tested and had no problems at all with the datepicker.

    Which operating system and browser are you experiencing this trouble in?

    Hi, thanks for getting back to me.

    I’m using a Windows 7 Professional computer, and have had the issue using Firefox, Chrome and IE. Other colleagues at my workplace have also had the issue on their computers, and I’ve had customers message us over Facebook with the same problem. Sorry, I didn’t ask about their OS or browser.

    Any ideas?

    Try going into “Settings > Open Table” then the Advanced Options tab. Try disabling both bootstrap features.

    Let me know how that goes.

    I had tried that previously, and again just now, but it doesn’t seem to make a difference. I’m assuming it’s a theme conflict of some kind.

    The biggest issue is that I can’t duplicate the problem. I’ve tried on Chrome, Firefox, and IE10 as well with no issues (Windows 10 though).

    I’ll have to do more cross-browser testing, which might take a while. Ping me here again if you don’t hear back from me by Wednesday next week or so.

    Any luck with the cross-browser testing? I tried making a reservation from my Windows 10 laptop at home (using Chrome), and the date picker still didn’t work without first reloading the page.

    I’ve tested on and off in various browsers with YOUR website and have not had any problems at all.

    I just tested on a Windows 7 machine with Firefox and had no problems with your website.

    I wish I could help but it’s impossible to help without seeing the problem and knowing how to reproduce the problem.
