    Hey, I’ve just installed this plugin but when I’m trying to add a new event , it just doesn’t show the TEC window to pick date, time, venue, etc. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the plugin to no avail.

    When editing events, go to Screen Options and ensure all The Events Calendar blocks are checked – https://share.zight.com/YEuzdXmx.

    Thanks for reaching out.

    Based on the screenshot you provided, you’re using a classic editor. Could you scroll down a little from that page and check if The Events Calendar section exists? If it doesn’t please check the Screen options if it’s checked.

    You could also try using a block editor for your events. To do that, navigate to Events > Settings and enable Activate Block Editor for Events.

    Hello @d0153 ,

    that was my first point that that whole section is missing. Block editor is enabled as that’s the primary editor I use.
    Any ideas what could be wrong? Thank you for looking into it.

    By any chance, are you using a custom role/access to your account? If so, please try using an account that has admin access and see if that makes a difference.

    If it doesn’t help, it’s possible that there’s a conflict between one of your plugins/themes. To check this, would you be able to run a conflict test? I recommend doing this on a staging version of your website. Additionally, please ensure that you have the most recent version of the plugin installed.

    thank you but that’s way more work that I wanted to invest. I have found another plugin that works, so we can consider this case resolved. Thank you for your response.
