Date picker – iOS

Hello,
We have an issue with the date picker field. We have custom rules that do not allow you to select a date before the current date.
There are 2 date fields. Date-start and date-end for example.
Our JS works to restrict every case we want but on iOS a interactive calendar appears when selecting dates which does not take into account our rules and bypasses everything and is able to select “impossible dates”.
We updated the plugin, disabled cache, updated everything on the website, checked for conflicts, we were unable to fix the issue.
Is there a way to show the old calendar to choose dates or show a date picker instead of the field somehow.
