    What’s the current situation with this?

    I haven’t used CF7 for a while, and now it seems something as basic as the date picker doesn’t work in Safari?

    I’ve enabled the HTML5 fallback [ add_filter( ‘wpcf7_support_html5_fallback’, ‘__return_true’ ); ] but that only adds support for Firefox. Safari (desktop) still shows nothing. I haven’t tested IE yet because if I can’t make it work in Safari there’s no point I will just have to switch to a different form plugin.

    Google searches show this problem has been around since 2015. Is there no solution for desktop Safari?

    After further examination it seems this is a z-index problem when using CF7 and Visual Composer. Adding this to your CSS will fix make the date picker visible in Safari:

    div#ui-datepicker-div {z-index:1000!important;}
