Date picker don't works with th etheme

Hi,
I’m a problem with date picker. When i’ll activate it, the “flexslider” and backtotop (arrow in footer) is broken…there are don’t works. On the premium theme.
If i’ll desacivated date picker all works fine.
What can i do for fix it ?
