Date picker doesnt work

I hope you are doing well!

I’ve tested the Date Picker field on my end and it is working well. There are few JS errors in the developer’s console so it could be a conflict with a plugin or a theme that you are using.

Please have a backup of your site and run a quick test for a conflict with another plugin.

Deactivate all plugins besides the Formiantor and see if a date’s drop-down is working:

– if it’s not working, please switch to a default WordPress theme to see if there is a conflict with a plugin
– if all is well, start activating one plugin at a time till the issue will be back.

This way you will find with what plugin there is a conflict.

P.S: There is no paid version of this plugin. The Forminator is available for free

Hello,

I tried all of the above but it still isnt working.
The only thing it does it gives the date from today and people can fill in a date.
But they cant pick the calender doesnt seem to work.

How to proceed?

I also just noticed that Forminator doesnt work on Firefox and Waterfox.
How can we fix this issue?

I really like this plugin but seems a few bugs?

Please let us know what issues you have with teh Firefox and WaterFox browsers? Have you tested them in the Incognito window?

I’ve loaded the form with these browsers and see no issues.

Please export your form and attach a download like here so we could have a closer look. To Export the form please go to the Formiantor > Forms, click on the Settings icon and > Export. Please see this screenshot:

Upload the form to a DropBox or to a Google Drive and share it with us.

Sorry for the late respons.

The form doenst work i have tryed i think 7 different computers with firefox and waterfox. The form even doenst work on android smartphones,i have a phone that has the latest android version and 5 different tablets with different androind versions from old to the new ones but the form doenst apear.

I dont think its a form setting because i did not do anything really with it just made forms.

It is weird that you see the form and here with more then 10 devices its not vissible.

What to do now?

I have checked your site and it looks like the form is not loading because of the console errors “jQuery is not defined”.
Forminator needs jQuery to run.
Can you disable Autooptimize plugin, clear all the cache and see if this will help?

I’m afraid that there are still some console errors on your site and this can break the scripts from working properly, and affecting Forminator due to that as well.

The errors seem to be related to Google Maps and Calendar, could you try adding a form on the page where there’s no Map and Calendar loaded and see if the issue happens there as well?
If it does, could you share an URL to that page so we can have another look?

I tried it on a empty page still doesnt work.

I cant seem to find the error, i disabled plugins but not luck.

Anything else i can try?
