Date Picker does not work in Firefox, IE, or Safari

Date pickers tested and used successfully with firefox 27.0.1 and ie 10.

Contact Form 7 has some Datepicker support via the new HTML5 date input type (see https://contactform7.com/date-field/) but this is currently only supported on some browsers – see https://www.wufoo.com/html5/types/4-date.html

Okay, but new to editing .php files like this. Where in the functions.php does the new filter line need to get added?

It’s working out much better than Contact Form 7 – additional features & very easy to implement.

Tested in all browsers + mobile, tablet, etc & works flawlessly.

The response from @danoksnevadphotography doesn’t resolve my problem unless I’m willing to change to a different form creator. I’d really like to get a resolution to my issue with Contact Form 7.

Contact Form 7 has issues. Rather than looking into the PHP code or implementing 3rd party add-ons to mitigate, I switched to another contact form provider altogether. So sure… I guess this thread is resolved.
