Date picker -Dates

Having issues with date formatting.
My events list the date as:
Hike “Open Preserve Day on the McKenzie”. – 0909/0303/1313 at All DayThe 0909/0303/1313 at All Day
I need it to look like: 03/09/2013 at ALL DAYThank you in advance for you help ??
