  • Hi Elena,

Thank you for providing the URL of your website and for debugging the issue on your site.

I have checked your site and I have observed that the calendar is working fine when we click on the Delivery Date field on the checkout page.

I am attaching screenshot for your reference: https://screencast.com/t/zZZJSyi3Yw4

Can you please check again and let me know whether the calendar is working fine on your site?

Thank you for your response, Komal.

I finally solved the problem via CSS, adding
    #e_deliverydate_field {z-index:10;}

As soon as I get the OK from my customer, I will buy the PRO plugin.

    Best regards,

    Elena

    Hello,

How can I benefit from the 20% discount?

I can see this on my Dashboard:
“You can upgrade to the PRO version of Order Delivery Date for WooCommerce plugin at a 20% discount. Use the coupon code: ….. Purchase now & save $20!”

But then I can find no place to add the coupon con your website.

    Thanks,

    Elena

    Hi Elena,

Currently, we are offering an Easter sale on our site where 20% discount is already applied on our plugin’s price due to which coupon code option is not available. Our Order Delivery Date Pro for WooCommerce plugin’s original price is $99 and in sale it is offered at $79.

So, you can go ahead and purchase our plugin which is already at 20% discounted price.

    Regards,
    Komal Maru.

Im having trouble with my order delivery date on my site. When you go to try and choose a date there is no drop down calendar to select from.

    Thank you

    Hi Kate,

Thank you for providing the URL of your website.

I have checked your site and I have observed that there is some syntax error for some js file in the console. Can you please check with default WordPress theme, if the calendar works fine?

If it does not, please deactivate all your plugins and check if it works fine and try activating the plugin one by one and check the conflicting plugin.

Please let me know the result.

    Regards,
    Komal Maru.

Hi Komal, it seems I have the same issue with field being present on the page but no calendar showing. The issue is related to my theme (Impreza) as it works fine with other default themes.

The CSS trick of elenavera works but I would like to understand were the issue is coming from so I can ask the theme developper to solve it directly. Regarding this CSS trick, would you be able to know what caused the issue ? May be elenavera ?

Also, when I choose to locate the field in the shipping area, no field is shown (whatever the theme). Could you help me with this ?

    Thanks a lot

    Louis

    Hi Louis,

    1) Thank you for debugging the issue on your site by switching the theme to the default WordPress theme.

It seems that the theme (Impreza) which you are using your site is overwriting the CSS files of our plugin due to which the Calendar is not appearing on the checkout page.

Can you please let me know whether the Calendar was appearing transparent when you click on the Delivery Date field on the checkout page and before applying the fix?

    2) The Delivery Date field not shown in the Shipping Section:

Can you please let me know whether the products in the cart are ‘Virtual’ products because WooCommerce automatically hides the Shipping section fields for Virtual products and due to which Delivery Date field is not shown on the checkout page?

Also, let me know whether ‘Only ship to the customer’s billing address’ is selected for the ‘Shipping Destination’ setting present in the WooCommerce menu->Settings sunmenu->Shipping tab->Shipping Options link.

If the products in the cart are not ‘Virtual’ products and the setting ‘Shipping Destination’ is not selected to ‘Only ship to the customer’s billing address’ and still the Delivery Date field does not appear in the Shipping Section (when ‘In Shipping Section’ is selected for the ‘Field placement on the Checkout page:’ setting).

Then please create a ticket on tickets at tychesoftwares dot uservoice dot com with the URL of your website and the admin access of your site, so we can check the issue on your site.

    Regards,
    Komal Maru.

Hi Komal, thank you very much for your answer
    1) Before applying the fix the field for delivery date was there but nthing happened when I clic on it. No calendar was shown. ANd it was not possible to write in the field. Once the fix was applied, the field was still here but then the calendar appeared upon clicking on the field.

    2) Settings are set up properly :
    – Only ship to the customer’s billing address Is NOT selected
    – products are NOT virtuals
But field does not appear when ‘In Shipping Section’ is selected for the ‘Field placement on the Checkout page:’ setting

I will create a ticket with all relevant info for you to access the website.

Thanks a lot for your reactivity

    Louis

    Hi Louis,

    You are welcome.

    1) Thank you for answering the question which I have asked in my previous reply. It would be great if you can send us the theme which is currently active on your site so that we can check the issue on our side and apply the necessary fix.

    2) Yes, please create a ticket with the required information so that we can check the issue where the Delivery Date field is not appearing in the shipping section even when the setting ‘Field placement on the Checkout page:’ is selected to ‘In Shipping Section’ on your site.

    Regards,
    Komal Maru.

    Hi Komal,

    1) The theme is Impreza from ustheme
    https://themeforest.net/item/impreza-retina-responsive-wordpress-theme/6434280

    Thanks a lot

    Louis
