Date picker and preview

Nice form builder but I don’t see a way to create a date picker instead of just a plain text field asking to enter the date. And the time of the day?

Also, would be great to have preview option of the whole form while building it instead of placing a working copy on the site and preview the changes made there while every time I click on Update form it takes me back to the form templates page.

And would be nice to be able to name the fields for my own reference in the builder instead of seeing multiple Text widgets and try to remember if it’s a phone field or something else…
