• Hi,

Since we upgraded to WooCommerce 3.0 if we click on any (and every) customer via Users >> Customer Data (Tab) >> Order History, it shows the wrong order date: “January 1 1970 12:00am”

By contrast, the order date is correct if we click on WooCommerce >> Orders, and when we click on any specific order and examine it.

    Here’s a screenshot: https://cloudup.com/cwspn0_8h8V

Any suggestions to solve it, please?

    Scott

  • We are getting the same issue!

I had this issue as well and it turned out to be an issue with the WooCommerce Follow-up Emails plugin. I was able to fix it by manually upgrading the plugin the latest version, 4.4.20.

I’m also having this exact issue… but I’m not using either the WooCommerce Follow-Up Emails plugin or the WooCommerce Customer History plugin.

This is interfering with my tax calculations in TaxJar. This has been happening since April of this year. It must be a plugin conflict. All my plugins are upgraded to the latest.

I’m using the following WooCommerce-specific plugins:
    WooCommerce Cost of Goods
    WooCommerce Dynamic Pricing & Discounts
    WooCommerce Google Analytics Pro
    WooCommerce Min/Max Quantities
WooCommerce PayPal Pro (Classic and PayFlow Editions) Gateway

    Any Ideas?
