The demo form worked on my android mobile device, and looking at the video that field doesnt look like one of the list field date pickers created by this plugin – so I need with more detail.

I have 1 form in this page but duplicated at the top and bottom, and only one of them shows up and the other hides according to the view (desktop or mobile). Could this be the issue?

I’ve looked at your page.

I can confirm I see the same issue on my Android phone.

However, the field in question isn’t one created using this plugin, and from what I can tell you haven’t got this plugin installed either.

As far as I can tell the field is a standard date field that is provided by Gravity Forms.

If you still have a Gravity Forms licence I suggest you contact them for support.
