Date not in Dutch possible?

Using the plugin Event Page on my testsite located here problems appear on the gigs page.
The dates of the events are still in English. I would prefer to heve them in Dutch.
I tried a lot of settings and played also with setlocale(LC_ALL, 'nl_NL'); in a view files but without pssitive results.

Realy looking for a solution here so please respond ??
