Date Issue at Checkout

    My local timezone is Brisbane/Australia. When a customer places an order on my site, and they are from America for example, the date shows my local sate in Australia. This means that, it could be the 21st April in America, but the 22nd April in Australia. Therefore according to the customer who is placing an order on the 21st April, the checkout is displaying the incorrect date.

    It seems to me that this date is generated by the wordpress timezone, and not the local timezone. Could you please clarify this, and advise how this can be changed or fixed?
