Date from datepicker in French

Hi,

I was wondering if you could help me fix one issue.

I am using a booking form here : https://activitesbiblio.brossard.ca/resshum/form/avis-dabsence-formation/.

In that form, the “Date de la formation” field uses a datepicker.

When the user fills in the form, the datepicker works just fine.

But, when I receive the email with the answers from the form, the date from the datepicker is in English : Tuesday – 28 April 2020.

How can I have the date in the email in French?

I use a WordPress installation in French.
