Date formats? Invalid data types?

Hi there, I downloaded Visualizer to see how it works. So far unable to plot anything.
Try a simple two column CSV.
COLUMN A is a list of dates in the following format: dd-mm-yy
COLUMN B is a list of values, where the decimal is represented by a comma (123,45)

Import = Invalid data types

Ok, so changed date format to dd/mm/yy and changed the , decimals to . (123.45)

Import = Invalid data types

Looked at the Column.csv file for clues on how to format data but the sample file data has no dates, no decimals. Florence,371282,607906,655875

Is there a workaround for this?
