Date format in the qtranslateX settings

    %q is suffix for ordered numbers like 1st, 2nd, etc. Indeed it is not in the current PHP documentation, I guess it is obsolete. Anyway date/time formats are currently undergoing redesign and it all will be based on the standard WP framework, which was not available in the past when q- started.
