Date format error (month/day)

    I successfully installed and config the Plugin. After few orders, I notice that the ORDER DATE reported on the invoices came with date format error.
    My website is in Italian language, so the date is declared DD/MM/YYYY from WordPress: on invoices, the date is wrongly MM/DD/YYYY.

    I tested the Help script to manage date format on functions.php, but the final result is 01/01/1970 (format error!).

    Who can provide help?
