    Hi guys,
Thanks for developing the awesome free version of this plugin.
I’m currently integrating it into my bilingual Eng/Chinese setup, which is managed by WPML, and it’s going to give my website a real boost.

Now the most recent thread on the topic of TEC/WPML compatibility I can find is this one.

I’m actually happily surprised to see how well the two plugins work together on my side. The only two issues I notice are:
    1. Switching the display language while displaying an event bounces the page back to the website homepage (instead of showing the event’s translated version); and
    2. while the dates are translated automatically, I cannot find how to modify the date format in the Chinese version (from “D, F j, Y” to “y年Fj日”).

I find the switching issue not so annoying, and I’m ready to wait for full-out compatibility between the two plugins to solve this at some point. However I’d be really happy if you guys had an idea as to modifying the date format in the translated posts? That’s the one glitch still preventing me from making our Events page go public, so if there was some way to change this painlessly right now, please let me know ??

    Cheers
    D-

    Howdy dorearendil,

I am glad to hear it was easier than expected. I can not offer much advice hear in the free forums, these integrations tend to be a bit sticky and regardless are not part of the support we offer here. However, I definitely will leave the topic open because someone else in the community has likely gone through something similar and can help.

We are looking forward to integrating with WPML out of the box, someday soon. No ETA, but definitely part of our roadmap.

I wish you the best. Cheers!

    – Brook
