Date Format and File Download

    Hello,

    On the product_table output the date format is: 20200114

    I’ve tried getting it to display as January, 14 2020 with no luck.

    Any ideas how to format it correctly?

    Also I would like to have a download PDF link in the table. I assume this is available in the PRO version – correct? Can’t see a way to do that in the Lite.

    Thank you for using WCPT and writing in with your query!

    1.If this is in reference to the Date element in your columns then use the format: F, jS Y which will convert the timestamp into your desired date format. You can find info on PHP date formats here. If you are trying to get the date from a custom field, then unfortunately formatting that date option is not available right now (this option is coming soon), but if you are using the PRO version I will be happy to setup a quick custom solution for you.     2. WCPT PRO has the option for providing download links via the Custom Field element. You just need to have the url of the download file in a custom field on each product and then setup the Custom Field element in the table to provide the download link (PRO only).
