Date Format

First of all thank you for a great plug-in! The only issue we are having is changing the date format:-at the moment the format is mm/dd/yyyy but we need it to be dd/mm/yyyy both when the form is being used and when the e-mail is being sent. Could you tell me the way to do this please?
