Date fields not feeding into google sheets

    Hi, I need some help – I have installed the CF7 Google Sheets Connector and it successfully connected to Google Sheets document, however, we have 3 required date fields (DOB & Plan Dates) and a 10-digit participant number in our form and it is not feeding this data into the sheet (the only numeral/date appearing is the entry/submission date??). Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

    It would be glad to assist you further,

    Can you please send us the screenshot of google sheet and Contact Form 7 Form screenshot from backend too to help you out,
    Also just make sure you are not using any special tags in the shortcode, please confirm..
