• I’m using a standard gravity forms date field, but when I submit the form, the salesforce date field remains blank. My other form fields are connecting and populating correctly.

I tried changing the date format in gravity forms, but that doesn’t fix it either. I double and triple-checked the API name is correct.

The field type in SF is set to Date.

    How can I fix this?

Here’s a screenshot of the GF settings and the SF settings (personal information redacted): https://i.imgur.com/zT4fAri.jpeg

(I’m using the latest Pro version of this plugin. I’m using the latest version of Gravity Forms.)

Suddenly they are all working now across multiple forms. Honestly, I have no clue how they got fixed. I’ll return if they stop again.

    Hey @puns0steel,

Good to hear, could have been a caching issue,

Bad news, the error is back. I tried to submit a support ticket via my Pro account, but it didn’t work.

My salesforce field is a standard Date field. Nothing extra. In my GF feed, I have the API name correct (I triple-checked, and all the other API names and fields are working fine). I set my feed to Standard Field and Entry Date. The logs show a full datetime being passed 2021-08-03T21:55:46+00:00, but the field in Salesforce stays blank.

I also tried a custom date format {date_created:format:m/d/Y}, but it didn’t work either. Using a custom date format, the logs show nothing being passed to Salesforce at all.

    How do I fix this?

I tried to submit a support ticket via my Pro account, but it didn’t work. The request form submitted, but then nothing else happened.

for pro version, did you submit a ticket here https://www.crmperks.com/contact-us/

    (@puns0steel)

No, I submitted the ticket from the Tickets tab in my account, like the contact page that you linked to instructs me to do:

“For plugin support, please login and submit a ticket from the Tickets tab.”

But that Tickets form didn’t work.

I have now submitted my request via the contact page you linked to.
