date field not good in frontend

Hello,

I try to use “date” field in registration form.

When i click the field, the datepicker is shown but it is transparent (it is better a opac background).

Then, when i select my date, it is shown like that : “2017-08-02”.
It would be great if we can choose another display like : 02-08-2017 (French Format).

It is possible to do that ?
