Date Field Format

Hi

Thank you, first of all, for recognising the need for a simple solution to invoicing.

May I ask, is it possible to change the date format in the date of service, issue date, and due date fields?

Also
Is it possible that I could change the colour shade of the row/columns that are shaded? (#, Name, Quantity, etc)
