Date field cannot be formatted

  • Hi,

    Thank you for this great plugin, we use it in over 500 sites we developed.

    It seems like you have an error with the date field, and currently (version 4.9) it cannot be formatted in the form itself. I read this article, but I haven’t found a solution for it yet.

    I looked at one of my old sites, and date-format used to work:
    [date* date_of_entry min-date:today date-format:dd/mm/yyyy placeholder "Date*"]

    Unfortunately, this doesn’t work anymore, and I found no alternative but using regular text field with a datepicker.

    Any other suggestions?
