    I purchased Premium, but the currency rates are no longer updated.
    I would like to renew, but I only have two options:

    • Make a new purchase
    • Extend support for 6 months

    Support is just support, right?
    How can I renew the plugin’s Premium features so that I can use them?

    Hi,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    The Item Support duration tags along with the Auto update feature, so if you extend/renew (in your case, please extend instead of making a new purchase), you can both receive auto update and support service.

    And, since you have the premium plugin, please contact us via our Support Forum instead, as we’re not allowed to provide premium support here.
