Date error

  • Good morning and thank you for your help.

    I am using WPCF7 integrated in a Cost Calculator plugin. I am using the date field in Contact Form but it shows some errors.

    • I cannot change the placeholder value
    • In desk version the placeholder shows by default dd/mm/aaa, but in mobile version the field is empty.

    In which form on the site do you see the issue?

    Down in the page. In the Cost Calculator, after pressing SIGUIENTE it shows a form. It is WP Contact Form 7.

    You can’t because the browser overrides the placeholder for date fields with its own text.

    I can confirm.
    In Firefox and Edge the date format is OK.
    In Chrome it displays a wrong string.
