Date customisation needed: (mistake in french and do not fit all needs)

Very great plugin, thank you for your great work!

I’ve an important request: it would be very interesting to have options to customize the “Date/hour” design for events.
Currently it’s like this: “Juin 21 @ 18 h 00 min – 20 h 00 min”

Would be important to be able to take off “min” … in french, we never add that.
Also, in french, the correct way to write date is “21 juin” (day first)

And would be nice to have another option to change the “@” by someting else.
@ is very cool and clear. But depend on website domain of activity it doesn’t fit.
