    Hello,

Would you please detail what exactly the Date created before and after does?

I couldn’t find any docs about it .

I would like to update all orders from completed to processing , starting from a specific date. Is this possible ?

    Thanks

    Hi @atty31,

I believe it’s exactly what you need. You need to set the “Date created after” option to your date (e.g. 2022-03-01), and in this case, only orders created after 2022-03-01 00:00:00 will be affected by the rule. The dates are set in UTC.

Hope this helps. Please let me know if you have any questions.

    Hi,
Thanks for your reply, it works. But I’ve noticed a bug. Please see the following details:
    * Beside that I’ve set the time trigger to 10 min , nothing happens. See img: https://ibb.co/KGvPkzB
The next cron is showing that it will run after an hour approx. See: https://ibb.co/rM1Pm97.

If I run all rules now, the order will be updated from complete -> processing. But I am curious why it doesn’t work after 10 min ?

Whould you please share some details about this ?

    THanks a lot

    Hi @atty31,

The frequency of the rule’s execution will depend on two options: a) the rule’s trigger (which you’ve set to 10 min, and b) the general cron interval (which is set to “once hourly” by default). You can change the cron interval with the “Use WP cron > Interval” option in “WooCommerce > Settings > Order Status Rules > Advanced > Periodical Processing Options”.

Please give it a try and let me know what you think.

I’m going to mark this thread as “resolved” for now, hope that’s ok. Please let me know if there are still any questions/issues.
