Date changes when event is updated – Classic Editor/WP5.0

    I have just updated a test site from WordPress 4.9.8 to 5.0. I also updated Classic Editor to version 1.1. The theme and all other plugins are up to date. QEM is v8.8.

    I have an existing event planned for 9 Jan 2019. I add a few words to the Event Description and then press Update. The date for this event changes to 17 Jan 2019.

    Please let me know what information I should gather in order to debug this issue. Thanks.
