Date archives for custom taxonomy

  • Say I’ve created a custom taxonomy of “product categories” for my “product” custom post type. In there I might have “squiggles” and “widgets” and whatever else. i know i can create archives for the custom post type (since 3.1) and/or can do archives by the taxonomy.

    but is there a way to create an archive of the taxonomy by year?

    so “widgets” 2009, “widgets” 2010, “widgets” 2011″, etc?
