Date and Time Issues

Hi,
I have successfully installed the plugin, but seem to be having some strange problems with the date/time (don’t worry, the positioning isn’t one of those issues, that will be fixed in my CSS).
In my back end, I have the services available every day from 9:30AM to 5:00PM, but for some reason, this is how availability shows up on my website. Also, for some reason, the first week of every month is unavailable for booking.

I actually want it set to have it unavailable to book Sunday and Monday, but when I do that, for some reason, it blocks off Sunday to Tuesday, and sometimes Saturdays. The availability seems to be very inconsistent in availability even though I do not currently have any books.
Any help would be appreciated!

EDIT:
I managed to “fix” the date issue. I did this by setting Saturday and Sunday as Not Available. This in turn sets the front-end calendar as Sunday and Monday unavailable. Strange, but that works.
