date and time in order form

    Hello,

    there is no real easy option in the current order form to add a date and/or time of delivery field. Am I correct in believing that the only option for this is using the WPPizza – Preorder plugin?

    Is there a plan to add the date picker and time picker html5 field types to the standard order form?

    Just putting a date/timepicker on the order form without doing all the calculations depending on your opening times , how long it takes to prepare things etc etc will inevitably lead to people ordering things for a time when you are closed and/or not be able to fulfill the order one way or another, resulting in the customer complaining that the order did not get delivered.

    So, I’m afraid, “no, there is no plan for this” is the answer to your question here.
