Hello, I have a problem with the day and time display on the popup. Indeed, I have this display: March 26 9:00 AM – 17:00 PM. But I would like the display to be in French in this way: 26 March de 9h00 à 17h00. I have already made the changes in Preferences -> Display -> Date without year: “j F”, date and time separator: “de”, Time range separator: “à”. Unfortunately, the changes do not work and the display remains the same.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Hello! Thanks so much for contacting us! I have checked with my team, and unfortunately this isn’t possible straightforward ?? You’d have to override our templates to display the time like that. You can do a couple of things though.

    1. For the formatting of the day, you can change it here:

    Evenements > Préférences > Affichage

    2. For the time, you’d have to go to the template directly. You can use our Themer’s Guide for reference:

    https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/k/customizing-template-files-2/

I hope this helps, but please let us know if you need anything else.

    Hi there,

This thread has been pretty quiet for a while, so we’re going to go ahead and close it. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.

    Have a great day.

    Kind regards,

    Marho
