    Hi.

Can you remove the extra field and try again?

The problem may be related to the settings of extra fields.

    Thanks.

Done but the problem remains. Thanks for getting back quickly.

    Hi.

Can you check again the version of the plugin?

Since you are using the hour booking feature and it is included in the premium version, we think you are using the plugin’s premium version.

You can check the plugin version on the Plugins page.

    Thanks.

    The version is 3.2.15

I have created a new calendar and the problem has gone away.

I have a question with the use of multiple hours. I have an archery range; I want my customers to be able to pick when they start, 1pm and when they finish 3pm, so a two hour session. At $25 an hour they should get charged $50 but booking calendar charges for 1pm, 2pm and 3pm or $75.

    How do I fix this?

    Hi @ambrosea.

    Instead of adding single hours (1pm, 2pm, 3pm) you can add hours in this way 1pm – 2pm, 2pm – 3pm, 3pm – 4pm …

Users will click on the 1pm – 2pm to 2pm – 3pm and it will charge $50 (price for 2 slots). Now the calendar charges for 3 hours because users reserve 3 different slots.

    Thanks.

Now I get 0 available on the calendar but there is 15 available on the day but ghosted.

I watched two short tutorials that you have produced; is there a manual?

    Hi @ambrosea.

There are no instructions for your situation, but we will try to help. Can you do the following? First, create a new calendar theme, then enable hour booking from the theme and add hour slots as we mentioned in the previous answer. After that, create a new calendar and select the newly added theme for this calendar. After that, add available hours and save the calendar. This should work.

    Thanks.

    Hi @ambrosea.

From the left admin menu, open our plugin main menu. Then go to the “Global Settings” page and click on the “Recreate database” button. You can check the screenshot here – https://wpdevart.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/07/database-issue.png

This also can fix the problem.

    Thanks.

Tried that before and no difference. Just made another calendar and still the same. Should I uninstall and reinstall the plugin?

    Hi @ambrosea.

This may also help, but it would be better if you also delete the plugin database (unless you need the old data, of course).

By the way, do you have any other website? Can you test the plugin on another domain?

    Thanks.

The website is on a subdomain. When I have this booking system working I will replace my old website.

I have deleted the plugin and deleted the database and check that I did through phpMyadmin. Reinstalled it and checked that the database was created and went to global setting and recreated database. Still the same problem.

    This is the website. https://wordpress.ambrosearchery.com.au/booking/

Can you contact me at [email protected] and I will give you access to the site and see if you can get it working as I really wanted to have the new website up by the end of July and now it is spilling over into August.
