It seems like you’re experiencing issues with WP-Optimize not showing any database optimization operations. Here are some steps to troubleshoot the problem:

Firstly, ensure that your hosting provider is not restricting database optimizations. Some hosts block plugins from running optimization commands, so it’s a good idea to reach out and confirm if there are any such restrictions. They should also check if there are any permissions or limitations preventing database operations from being executed.

Secondly, it’s worth checking your database for corrupted tables, as this can prevent optimizations from running. You can ask your hosting provider to run a repair command on the database tables. This can typically be done via phpMyAdmin or through a direct SQL query. Repairing all the tables might resolve the issue if any have become corrupted.

Lastly, while your PHP version (8.2.23) is compatible, you might want to increase the memory_limit. It’s currently set to 128MB, which could be insufficient if the plugin is running out of memory during the optimization process. Try increasing it to 256MB or higher and see if that resolves the issue.

By following these steps, you should be able to identify and resolve the issue.
