    Hi there,

    I am unable to view the Post SMTP email logs on my site. I get the following error:

    DataTables warning: table id=ps-email-log – Ajax error. For more information about this error, please see https://datatables.net/tn/7

    I have ensured that WordPress, the theme and plugins are up to date. I’ve also tried disabling all plugins, as well as change themes, but the error still persists.

    Is there anything else I can try?

To better assist you, could you please provide us with the diagnostic test reports after disabling all other plugins and changing the theme to the default WordPress 2023 theme?     Thank you for the response – I have just tried again, and when I changed the theme to the default WordPress theme, the email logs work perfectly. So my guess is that it’s an issue with the theme which I can ask our web developer to look into.
