Datat not migrating from AIOSEO Pro

Hello I had AIOSEO pro and am trying to migrate to yoast. I followed these instructions. https://yoast.com/help/migrate-from-all-in-one-seo-to-yoast-seo/ But when I went to import/export it said ‘No Data Found’. Has anyone else had this problem or know how to fix it?
