Datasheet view of memberlist?

I am looking for a membership directory plugin and you’re looks great, but I can’t tell if there would be a way to have a datasheet view of a memberlist like what I have at the911truthmovement.org.

1.) Is there an ability for Ulitmate Member to show the members in such a list that can be filtered & sorted?
2.) Would there be a way to have the freeze the header titles at the top and the names on the left?
3.) Could the user have the ability to supply information, but not make it visible publicly (so as to share the information with the admins, but not the public)?

It would be great to have the power of user authentication and allow folks to update their own information and have all the amazing power of Ulitimate Member, as well as, the ability to see it in a datasheet view.
