Datas of database not showing up in the admin panel

I just shifted one live website to the local for a backup because I am going to upload the new site in the domain. But in the localhost none of the datas of database is showing up. While shifting the website from live to local, I created a new database import the datas from live database to the local. I have changed the DB_NAME, DB_PASSWORD, and DB_USER in the config.php file but the admin panel is not showing any of the posts or pages. Even they are not being displayed on the front-end. Have I missed something to do?
