• I’ve made support tickets for this but nobody is responding

    I purchased “Datalayer for WooCommerce” through https://woocommerce.com/products/datalayer-for-woocommerce/ for $105.19 ( Subtotal $99.00 + Tax $6.19 ) – it did loads of confusing stuff forcing me to make a WordPress login linked to woocommerce.com login, which i did (but they each have a different email address). I have the transaction id which I shared with the WooCommerce support.

    It doesn’t show in Downloads or My Subscriptions on woocommerce.com, or on anywhere on my WordPress site,

    I have created the ticket here https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/, but not getting any response from them. Also the ticket is not showing on my dashboard.

    I am continuously getting followup via email to [email protected] and [email protected], but still not getting any reply from them.

    Where is the product i’ve paid for? Please fix this ASAP so that I can setup my plugin.

    Hi @gwlwp,

    When you purchase a product from our marketplace you get an email similar to this one with your purchase details and steps to setup your account in WooCommerce.com where you’ll find all your download links:

    Additionally, can you share your ticket number? I’ll review those for you and we can take it from there, as that’s support for our premium marketplace, it should not be handled in the public forums. With this in mind, I’m marking this thread as resolved, and we’ll be in touch with you over our ticketing system.

    Hi @omarfpg ,

    We have generated the request through WooCommerce.com but we didn’t get any response from them.

    We have two tickets the latest one is 8217727 and the previous one is 8204599.

    We have also replied back to the [email protected] and [email protected]. However we only received the bot message as a reply.

    Please fix this ASAP. We can share the transaction details and the purchase receipt that we got.

    I see your issue has been addressed over 8204599 now and you were able to download the plugin. I see you have an open question pending, our Happiness Engineers will continue to reply over that ticket.

    I’m closing this thread now. As per the [forum guidelines], no support for premium extensions is provided here, but we will be happy to assist you further from there.
