“Datalayers for WooCommerce” not showing in My Subscriptions or Downloads

I’ve made support tickets for this but nobody is responding
I purchased “Datalayer for WooCommerce” through https://woocommerce.com/products/datalayer-for-woocommerce/ for $105.19 ( Subtotal $99.00 + Tax $6.19 ) – it did loads of confusing stuff forcing me to make a WordPress login linked to woocommerce.com login, which i did (but they each have a different email address). I have the transaction id which I shared with the WooCommerce support.
It doesn’t show in Downloads or My Subscriptions on woocommerce.com, or on anywhere on my WordPress site,
I have created the ticket here https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/, but not getting any response from them. Also the ticket is not showing on my dashboard.
I am continuously getting followup via email to [email protected] and [email protected], but still not getting any reply from them.Where is the product i’ve paid for? Please fix this ASAP so that I can setup my plugin.
