Database Wiped, best thing to do.

Do your hosts have a backup?

No we have tried everything backup wise, the question now is if I can somehow put a fresh database in so that this wordpress will function again.

Given that you keep hitting a re-direction Loop. I think you’d be better off with a fresh install. You should just be able to edit wp-config.php to point to a new db & user..

Ok so I need to reinstall wordpress, or just create a new database?

Create the new database, amend wp-config.php and run wp-admin/install.php.

Ran install, and it appeared to work. But there are still redirect loops on every page. :S

This is where it seems to always redirect to:
https://example.com/wp-signup.php?new=example.com

Solution:
Edited wp-config file to remove all references to wp network. Have to install network from scratch.
