• The site was running 4.3 and the login was not working (wouldn’t go to Dashboard just did nothing after entering in correct login details). I tried disabling plugins, disabling themes, but nothing worked. So next tried a manual upgrade to 4.4 via FTP. Now when I try to login it asks to upgrade the database, which appears to work, but then it loops back to asking me to update the database again.

  • What theme is currently active on the site? How did you disable your plugins?

It’s using the Avada theme. I changed the plugin directory to plugins-old via FTP.

It’s also running on https://www.winhost.com – Windows server. In case that makes a difference.

Do you have access to a database management tool similar to Phpmyadmin? If so, can you use that tool to repair all tables in the database?

I’m the same problem, I active debug and appear

Errore sul database di WordPress: [Duplicate entry '0' for key 'PRIMARY']
ALTER TABLE wp_options ADD PRIMARY KEY (option_id)

Errore sul database di WordPress: [Duplicate entry '_transient_external_ip_address_::1' for key 'option_name']
ALTER TABLE wp_options ADD UNIQUE KEY option_name (option_name)

I had access to phpMyAdmin – but the login didn’t work and it’s now timing out. The host’s website appears to be down too.
